Dr Giacinta Spadaro
Dr Giacinta’s passion for chiropractic began long before she became a chiropractor herself. As a teenager, she received regular chiropractic care to help relieve chronic headaches and neck pain. Experiencing the difference it made in her own life opened her eyes to the incredible ability of the body to heal and function at its best when given the right support.
She loves helping people of all ages feel their best and believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing patients regain confidence in their bodies and enjoy the things they love. Whether it’s supporting a new mum through pregnancy and postpartum, helping a child thrive, or easing the aches and pains of everyday life, she considers it a privilege to be part of each patient’s health journey.
She uses a range of chiropractic techniques including manual adjustments, drop piece technique, Activator Methods®, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), myofascial dry needling, myofacial cupping, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and the Webster Technique. As a Webster Certified Practitioner through the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA), she has undertaken additional training in caring for pregnant women and loves supporting mums throughout pregnancy and beyond.
As a mum of three herself, Dr Giacinta has a special place in her heart for caring for women, babies, and growing families. She understands that every stage of life brings its own joys and challenges and feels honoured to support families through pregnancy, newborn life, childhood, and beyond.

Dr Margarita Efe
Dr. Margarita is a gentle chiropractor dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of the whole family. While she is inspired by the spine and nervous system, her passion lies in working with the whole person and helping them reconnect with a more natural, flexible and optimal health.
Becoming a mother deepened her appreciation for chiropractic care. Not only did it ease her own physical discomfort, but it helped her move beyond old patterns that no longer served her, inspiring her fascination with the transformative potential of this work. Now, as a mum of three, she’s seen firsthand how gentle chiropractic care supports children’s resilience, helping them bounce back from everyday illnesses, injuries, and the stresses of growing up.
Margarita is especially drawn to Network Spinal, a light-touch approach that helps the body release tension, soften habitual patterns, and discover healthier strategies for managing stress. She believes that when physical, emotional, and mental patterns become less rigid, people can reconnect with themselves more authentically and express who they truly are rather than who their experiences or traumas have shaped them to be.
